公共交通サービスのミニマム水準の検討のための一考察

概要	従来の公共交通のサービス水準を維持することが困難になる中，とりわけ地方・過疎地域の多くの自治体にとって，公共交通のミニマム水準の設定が一つの関心となっている．しかしながら，それを導出するための手法が十分に開発されていない状況にある．そこで本研究では，所与の公共交通サービス水準のもとでの生活環境に人々が認知的に適応できるか否かという観点からミニマム水準の参照値を導出する手法を検討する．その際，理論的な基礎を生活の質および社会指標研究に求めるとともに，いくつかの自治体を対象に実証的に検討する．

Title	Minimum Standard of Public Transportation Service Approached by Cognitive Adaptation to Daily Life

Abstract	One of the concerns of the local government in rural areas is to find the minimum standard of the public transportation service. However, the method to find the minimum standard has not been developed yet. In quality of life and social indicators research, it has been discussed what condition people can adapt to the environment. This study applies the discussion to the context of public transportation service and develops the method to find the minimum standard from the viewpoint of the adaptation to daily life under the service level.
