那覇空港における利用の現状と沖縄振興特別措置

概要	この論文の目的は，那覇空港における利用の現状と1997年に実施された沖縄振興特別措置の効果を分析することである．那覇空港は国が設置管理する第2種空港であるが，沖縄振興特別措置と呼ばれる一連の措置により，那覇空港を離発着する航空機に対して，着陸料・航行援助施設利用料・航空機燃料税の軽減が実施されている．これらの軽減措置は，一種の沖縄路線に対する路線補助の効果を持っており，本稿では沖縄振興特別措置の実施が与えた影響について検討した．本稿の分析から，沖縄振興特別措置が最も大きな影響を与えた路線は羽田路線であることがわかった．

Title	The NAHA airport and the tax advantage in OKINAWA district

Abstract	The aim of this paper is to analyze the relation between the tax advantage in OKINAWA district and the number of flight at NAHA airport. In 1997, there is the airport related big tax change （advantage） in OKINAWA district： landing fee, charge for flight information, and petroleum oil tax. We observe that the 1997's tax change certainly affected the increasing number of flight at NAHA airport, especially about routing HANEDA-NAHA.
