概要	本稿では，第一に羽田空港利用実態調査を実施することで，従来把握できなかった行動特性や利用者意向を把握した．特に各交通手段に関する利用者意向については，鉄道利用に関しては定時性が大きな要因となっており，バス・自動車に関しては乗換や混雑などの移動抵抗に対する敬遠が大きく影響していることが把握できた．第二に実態調査で得られたデータを活用し，利用者の行動特性やニーズを反映した精緻なモデルを構築した．第三に構築したモデルを用い，空港アクセス輸送サービス改善施策実施の効果について定量的に把握するとともに，輸送サービス以外の定量的に把握できない改善施策およびその効果について総合的に整理した．

Abstract	First of all, this study investigated Tokyo International (HANEDA) Airport user's access travel behavior and intention that was not able to be understood so far. Secondarily, this study constructed the exquisite demand-forecasting model by whom user's travel behavior and needs were reflected. Thirdly, this study assumed the case where the transit service to HANEDA airport is improved and quantitatively measured the effect. At the end, this study arranged the improvement policy of transit service to HANEDA Airport that cannot be quantitatively measured.
