総合的交通政策としてのモビリティ・マネジメント： ソフト施策とハード施策の融合による持続的展開

概要	本研究では，既存のモビリティ・マネジメント研究を踏まえつつ，土木学会（2005）におけるモビリティ・マネジメントの定義の論理的含意を検討することを通じて，モビリティ・マネジメントのあり方について論考を加えた．そして，それらを踏まえ，モビリティ・マネジメントが1）言語コミュニケーション以外の多様なソフト施策/ハード施策を含み得ること，2）個人や世帯のモビリティ（移動）のみならず，組織や地域のモビリティ（交通状態）を対象とするということ，3）持続的に展開していくマネジメントであるということを改めて指摘した．

Title	Mobility management as an integrated transportation policy: A continuous management that integrates soft and hard measures

Abstract	In this study, I logically discussed what mobility management is based on definition provided in JSCE (2005) and previous mobility management studies. Through this investigation, it was indicated that 1) mobility management include soft and hard measures, 2) it targets not only personal and household mobility but also organizational and regional mobility, and 3) it is permanent management policy. Then, I proposed a new definition of mobility management based on these discussion.
