国際海上貨物流動統計とその精度の検討

概要	港湾計画や船舶の運航形態等の分析に用いる国際海上貨物流動統計は，その特性や精度が示されている必要がある．本研究は，重量とTEUベースで国・地域間の海上貨物流動量を示す統計を対象とし，その現状を示すことを目的とする．国際海上貨物流動量は，荷主や船社の輸送量から直接把握されるのに加え，金額ベースの貿易統計を用いた推計から把握される．そのため，最初に，国連統計局の既存研究である貿易統計から重量ベースの国際海上貨物流動量を推計する手法を検討する．次に，アメリカ，EU，アジア地域の重量とTEUベースの国際海上貨物流動統計の現状を示す．特にアジア地域においては，既存の統計を比較し，その特性と精度を示す．

Abstract	For port development plan and building strategy of operation form of vessels, the characteristic and accuracy of international sea-borne trade statistics need to be relevantly specified. This paper aims at examining the past research of United Nations in developing the international sea-borne trade statistics which indicate the freight flow by Ton, and at showing existing statistics by Ton and TEU in U.S., EU, Asian region. Especially on Asian region, the characteristics and accuracy of those statistics are mentioned clearly.
