| 概要 | 地域間公平性に関する議論は極めて錯綜した内容を持っている．本稿では，現代公平論における代表的な厚生主義的アプローチ，資源配分的アプローチの概要を説明するとともに，それぞれのアプローチが有する特徴と限界点に関してとりまとめる．その上で，社会資本整備における地域間公平性を巡る議論の論点を整理するとともに，複合的公平論の立場から，地域間公平性に関する議論の可能性と今後の研究の方向性について論じる． |

| Abstract | The tenet of this paper is to elucidate major controversial point around the concepts of “interregional equality”. The review, covering welfarism as well as non-welfarism, is intended to construct a platform for equality debates for regional allocation of infrastructural investment by discussing pros and cons of alternative perspectives of equality concepts.
