駐輪状況の危険点数を考慮した放置自転車の調査手法の提案

概要	放置自転車の台数調査は，放置自転車の推移や多発地域を特定する際の材料となる．しかし，放置自転車による交通の阻害の大きさを知るには，単に台数を計測するだけでは不十分である．なぜなら，個々の放置自転車の駐輪状況は一様ではなく，それぞれの有する危険性は異なるからである．そこで，本研究では，各放置自転車の駐輪状況の危険性（＝危険点数）を考慮した調査手法を提案する．放置自転車に起因する諸問題を抱える各地域の特性を把握することができれば，より安心安全な交通環境を効率的・戦略的に創出する施策を設定するための基礎となる．

Abstract	Surveying the number of illegally parked bicycles is important to identify the areas prone to park illegally, and the transition of the number. Simply counting the number is not efficient to verify a traffic danger caused by the illegally parked bicycles because the risk of the individual situations are not identical. We proposed a new approach in order to realize a safe and secure traffic environment and a concrete method to measure the risk scores of the illegally parked bicycles.
