Mobility issues in some rural areas of Japan are being solved because of the various studies, policies and participation of the inhabitants. This study considers how mobility of the mobility-restricted inhabitants should be especially ensured through sustainment of local public transport in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture where most of the inhabitants do not always hope to support local public transport.
