Attending the Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies (EASTS) and establishing the JTTRI Special Award for EASTS

From September 9 till 12, 2019, Mr. Shukuri, Chairman of JTTRI and 7 JTTRI members (Professor Morichi, Mr. Kawakami, Mr. Ito, Mr. Yamashita, Ms.Che, Mr. Adachi and Mr. Sugo) attended The 13th EASTS in Colombo. JTTRI established the JTTRI Special Award for excellent thesis in the field of public transport and mobility in EASTS. The first award was started at 13th EASTS in Colombo. In the award ceremony, Mr. Shukuri handed the honorary certificate and prize money panel to the representative of the award winner.
