2003 Graduated from Waseda University, School of Science and Engineering, Department of Electronics and Information Communication
2005 Entered Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
　Mainly engaged in planning and drafting of safety policy, ship inspection, and security management in the Maritime Bureau.
　From 2012 to 2015, worked as a consul in charge of economy at the Consulate-General of Japan in Surabaya
April 2020: Senior Research Fellow, Director, International Affairs Department
